Communication was the only problem with the team. The crew appeared onsite without any notification and ended up causing problems by setting off the alarm and some other pretty major problems. Once they started the work, things went well and were completed in a timely manner. I would definitely work with the contractor again, however, I would require more skin in the game on their side as far as commitments on time and communication.
