He was courteous, professional, prompt and right on with his estimate of the time the work would take.. The results of the work fare exceeded my expectations for results and appearance.

Seemed like a reasonably priced, honest professional. We had a small delay in getting the job scheduled because Shawn was having truck problems, but once that was cleared up, he came right away. I would have liked him to be a bit more proactive with his communications, but he eventually responded to questions and provided updates. He provided a copy of his insurance certificate without prompting, and he left the job site exactly as he found it. All things considered, I would hire him again if the need presented itself.

Install or Completely Replace Wood Flooring in 16066

We had Brazilian Cherry Solid Hardwood floor installed by Jared (of Anderson Construction & Maintenance, Inc.). He originally came to our home, measured and provided us with an estimate. He was very informative, and gave us all of our options. He did a great job on the installation. He perfectly leveled our wavy sub floor. The result is a beautiful floor throughout four rooms of our home. The work he did around the brick fireplace was great. He came in on budget and on time. We will hire Jared and Anderson Construction & Maintenance, Inc. for our next project.
