The work was completed on time and seems to have corrected the problem with water in our basement. Mike gave us the lowest price of any other estimate (we had 4 other contractors look at the basement). Mike made himself available after business hours for our convenience and when adjustments in the work needed to be addressed (the installation of the Humidex) Mike was nice enough to send workers (after business hours) to make the corrections.
