Representative came within a couple of days to explain work and obtain contract. Good samples and choices. Reasonable price. I didn't even get estimates form anyone else. The only negative things was pressure to take the company's credit card (on great terms, however) or pay the total amount by check before the work was actually done. I refused both. It took some fanagling to arrange half payment as down payment when contractor came to measure (within days), and the remainder upon completion of the project. Estimate on timing was 3-4 weeks to prepare, but they were ready in just under 3 weeks, and could schedule installation the next day.

Overall the refacing project experience was favorable. We did hit a glitch on a misunderstanding regarding the drawer boxes. My husband and I contend that the U.S. Remodeler representative only showed us the upgrade/ dove tailed box versus the standard box we actually received. The only solution to that glitch was for us to pay for the upgrade that we thought was already in the total price. The contractor actually performing the work on our cabinets was meticulous and provided a quality product. I would recommend "Keith" to anyone.
